Shipping in all UK is free on all orders over £150. For orders under £150, a £5 shipping fee is applied at check out.

Yes, we ship all over the world using Royal Mail International tracked and signed service. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

European shipping is free on orders over £200. For orders under £200, a £10 shipping fee is applied at check out.

International shipping outside of Europe is free on orders over £250. For orders under £250, please see the below shipping fees applied at checkout:

UK taxes are included in the price of the product.

For orders outside of the UK (now including the Europe), there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible once the product arrives in your country. Please note this is not included in the price of the product and Stephanie Grace does not control or can advise on these fees as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office to enquire about these rates.

UK orders are shipped the next working day via DPD next day delivery for service, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed outside the UK are shipped within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail International tracked and signed for service, with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 days. Please note this may take a bit longer, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your golden delivery.

If you are unhappy or have changed your mind we offer UK and overseas returns within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. You then have a further 14 days to return your unworn goods. Please make sure all the original packaging is included in your return and the jewellery is unworn and returned in its original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons we don't accept returns on earrings.

All our jewellery is compliant with the legal UK Assay Hallmarking requirements which verifies our gold's karat and authenticity. 

Gently scrub your jewellery with a soft bristle brush under warm water. Dry with a soft cloth and you are ready to go. 

Remember all our jewellery and chains are precious and delicate, so treat them gently when you put them on and take them off.

Some of our jewellery has been carefully crafted by hand so there might be some slight variations from item to item. Please check the item description to see if your item has been made by hand.

Here are some helpful tips to find the perfect ring size for you:

Cut a piece of string or paper. Wrap the string or paper snugly around your chosen ring finger. Remember, if your hands are cold your finger size shrinks and if they are too warm they expand, so make sure your hands are at room temperature. Mark the spot where the string or paper meets and measure this using a ruler. Use the international ring sizing chart to determine your size.
